Accepted Insurance Providers

High Desert Psychiatry is an in-network provider for PacificSource, BlueCross/BlueShield, Moda, United Healthcare, and Providence/Optum health plans. and First Choice.
Please call your insurance provider to learn what your benefits cover before scheduling your first appointment. Important questions to ask your insurer are:

• Does your plan cover mental health benefits?
• What is your yearly deductible and how much of it has been met?
• What is your co-pay?
• Do you have unlimited visits?
• Do you need a referral from your primary care provider?

Payment Policy

​Payments including co-pays and co-insurance are due at the time of services. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit card.

Cancellation (No Show) Policy

Please call 541-241-3365 to give High Desert Psychiatry at least 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation of your scheduled appointment or you will be expected to pay the full fee for your session.  Notice provided must fall within our business hours, for example, cancelling on Saturday for Monday would not meet our requirement.
Note: Insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for missed sessions.
